Model for a Green Eco Village with Mild Home Buildings on the territory of Sofia Municipality “Create your Garden of Eden.” The challenge of the preliminary competition is reconciling mutually exclusive requirements:

• low budget – type DIY, yet contemporary
• smart house with nearly zero energy consumption

Our approach: Building a specific solution to the problem through a universal approach – building homes with zero energy for people with limited opportunities in SE Europe, with the specific addressing of local cultural, geographical and temporal context.
