- Manifestation of the spatial structure through a composition of articulated volumes and materials
- Transition from the scale of the adjacent houses to this of the nearby apartment buildings
- Ideal orientation and natural lighting for all living rooms and bedrooms
- Achieving a least possible TFA
- The smallest possible basement area.
