Ivo Panteleev was born in 1959. He is a cofounder of A.D.A. in 1991 and becomes one of its executive managers in 2006. He gets his diploma in architecture from the HIAC, Sofia in 1986, where, later, he graduates a specialization of town-planning. During 1991-1992 he completes a specialization in urban planning at the Johns Hopkins University, USA. His professional experience includes heading A.D.A’s design teams in large-scale projects, such as: residential complex BOKAR; residential complex Buxton-2000; local architect for the New Office Building of the American Embassy in Sofia; the 40-storey building Europe Tower of Sofia, as a partner of HPP-Germany; West End Park of Sofia with YRM, UK; MegaMall – Ljulin, Sofia Mall Development; Business Center Soravia, etc. Ivo Panteleev is the chairman of Foundation “Protected Home Together”. He is a vice president of the Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria and a member of the Union of Architects in Bulgaria. He is on the Board of the International Urban Fellows Association and a trustee on the Board of the American College of Sofia.
