Conversion into a logistic park of the existing the biggest industrial plant in Sofia from the time of communism for power stations equipment. The vast structure from the 60s of the last century is practically in ruins prior to the renovation works, which include: • Partial demolition and declutter • Rehabilitation of the various reinforced concrete structures • Total upgrade of the roof and new roof skylights • Rehabilitation of the facades • New engineering infrastructure: drainage, electrical, fire-extinguishing • New industrial concrete flooring • Automated foldable doors. The rehabbed buildings with a TFA of more than 40,000 sq.m respond to all contemporary regulation.
