Residential buildings — 2021
The shape of the lower part of the building is abstract, made up of verticals and horizontals, while the shape of the upper part is pictorial. Direct association with a child’s drawing, the upper wing determines the overall figurative impact of the kindergarten. The architectural scale is close to the child’s worldview and in harmony with the surrounding environment, defined by free-standing houses. The upper wing plan is a composition of equilateral triangles and squares, corresponding respectively to the living rooms and bedrooms. The series of simple volumes is complemented by the articulated volumes of the music library and the gym.
