Office Building “Stamboliyski”, Sofia

Designed predominantly as an office building with a ground level that constains shops, and residential spaces on the 7th, 8th and 9th level. The concept corresponds to the developer’s vision for a “simple form, harmonious impact of the building with solid stone light (white) facades”, executed using high quality materials and details. This intention closely corresponds to the character and nature of the buildings along the Al. Stamboliiski Blvd., “firmly placed on the ground”, with characteristic massive load-bearing facade walls, predominantly without any bay windows and relatively small percentage of glazed areas (windows).
